What Do I Get For My Money?
From 1st March this year we now have some very reasonably priced new caravans for sale on the new development. These vary in price from £25,495 to £32,995. Finance is available. Included within the price of the new caravans is:

- Base and all connection costs
- Gas and safety check
- 2 x 47kg gas bottles
- TV Aerial
- Set of steps
- Your choice of base

Occasionally we do have a second hand caravan come up for sale. These are usually in the price range of about £10,000.
All chalets are detached and are of timber frame construction with cedar wood cladding, either under pitched or flat felted roofs. There are three types of chalet as follows:
Alpine Chalet
These are fully serviced and have a lounge, kitchen area, toilet and two bedrooms, although some have altered one of the bedrooms into a shower room. All these style chalets are located on the eastern side of the Park and have a pitched roof. Alpine chalets generally range in price from £4,500 to £8,000.
Bermuda Chalet
These are fully serviced and have a lounge, kitchen area, toilet, shower and two bedrooms. All these style chalets are located on the western side of the Park and have a flat felted roof. Bermuda chalets generally range in price from £7,000 to £10,000.
California Chalet
These are fully serviced and have a lounge, kitchen area, bathroom and two bedrooms. All these style chalets are located on the western side of the Park and have a pitched felt roof. California chalets generally range in price from £10,000 to £16,000.
