With Insulation its warm in the winter cool in the summer and quite inside
It sleeps 2 adults in the double bedroom and 1 adult in bedroom 2.... could cater for 2 children easily
There's a pull-out sofa in the living space for a further 2 adults if needed..
We made the kitchen larger by using small section of the second bedroom however this still sleeps full grown adult
It is also easily reversible if you preferred
